Alpine Real Estate Photography Coeur D’Alene Idaho
is a local, family owned and operated business. The father and son team of Dave Britt and Hunter Britt are here to partner with you in successfully making great first impressions through media and marketing to close your real estate listings at a higher rate.
The Britt family moved to Coeur d’ Alene Idaho in 2017 following Dave’s retirement from law enforcement. Dave was the Deputy Chief of Police for Chico Police Department at the time of his retirement and a veteran of the United States Army Reserve. In addition to his military and law enforcement career he has been an active residential real estate investor since 2007. This experience has been so valuable in understanding the mindset of a potential real estate buyer and what appeals to them. Most recently Dave was the Regional Sales Manager for SCRAM Systems covering the northwestern US, Canada and Alaska, before opening Alpine Real Estate Photography Coeur D’Alene Idaho. Having worked as a commissioned sales person provides valuable insight into the needs of a real estate professional.
Hunter is a graduate of North Idaho Christian School in Coeur d’ Alene.
He attended both North Idaho Community College in Coeur d’ Alene and Whitworth University in Spokane Washington. Hunter has worked as a licensed Realtor, in Property Management and Security. Both Dave and Hunter are avid outdoorsmen and like most people that move here, that was a key draw in moving to northern Idaho. We truly love this region and love sharing our passion for it.

We are licensed commercial drone pilots meeting the FAA’s part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.

If we shoot your property in winter with snow on the ground and trees devoid of leaves, it only makes sense we would come back when everything is in bloom and capture your property at its seasonal best. This also applies if for any reason an important aspect of the property was not captured in the first shoot. As your sales team partner we want to see you through to a successful closing, so we never charge for a reshoot.

Remember, no one can bat a thousand. There are no guarantees when you place a listing, except ours. If you lose a listing for any reason that you as the realtor paid us to photograph, we will shoot your next listing of equal or lesser value free of charge.
