You will notice we do not charge extra for drone photography. Drone photos are included in all of our packages.

Now you have heard about our amazing customer service, our exceptional services, and how easy it is to get in direct contact with the owners. But you might be thinking to yourself that you want to know a little bit about the people behind the company. Who is it that owns Alpine Real Estate Photography Coeur D’Alene Idaho? What is their background? Well let me tell you.
Our owners David Britt and Hunter Britt have lived in Coeur D’Alene for almost a decade and fell in love with the area when they first visited back in 2013. Both David and Hunter grew up in northern California and moved to Coeur D’Alene Idaho when David Britt retired from a 26 year long career in law enforcement. Before co-founding Alpine Real Estate Photography Coeur D’Alene Idaho Dave was the Deputy Chief of Police for Chico Police Department at the time of his retirement and a veteran of the United States Army Reserve.
In addition to his military and law enforcement career he has been an active residential real estate investor since 2007. This experience has been so valuable in understanding the mindset of a potential real estate buyer and what appeals to them. Most recently Dave was the Regional Sales Manager for SCRAM Systems covering the northwestern US, Canada and Alaska, before opening Alpine Real Estate Photography here in Coeur D’Alene Idaho. Having worked as a commissioned sales person provides valuable insight into the needs of a real estate professional. David also has a great passion for the outdoors and spends much of his free time hiking and checking trail cameras for hunting season.
Hunter graduated from North Idaho Christian School. After High School he attended both North Idaho Community College and Whitworth University majoring in Business. It was then that he discovered a real passion for the real estate industry. Hunter worked with a Coeur d’ Alene property management company and later became a licensed Real Estate Agent. Hunter eventually went back to school studying heating air conditioning and ventilation, receiving his technical certificate in that field. Hunter went on to work for a private security company in the Coeur D’Alene area for the next few years.
The passion for the real estate industry never left him though and he began looking for related fields. Real estate media became the obvious choice. He and David founded Alpine Real Estate Photography Coeur D’Alene Idaho. and it was the best decision ever. Hunter loves working with Realtors, Builders and home owners to showcase their properties. In his spare time Hunter loves to explore the wilds of North Idaho. Whether he is hunting deer and elk in the fall, fishing the lakes and rivers in the spring and summer or just hiking and camping, he truly loves north Idaho. His love of the area and experience in the North Idaho real estate market is the perfect mix for the real estate photography profession.
