Our owners David Britt and Hunter Britt

have lived in Coeur D’Alene for almost a decade and fell in love with the area when they first visited back in 2013. Both David and Hunter grew up in northern California and moved to Coeur D’Alene Idaho when David Britt retired from a 26 year long career in law enforcement. Before co-founding Alpine Real Estate Photography Dave was the Deputy Chief of Police for Chico Police Department at the time of his retirement and a veteran of the United States Army Reserve. In addition to his military and law enforcement career he has been an active residential real estate investor since 2007. This experience has been so valuable in understanding the mindset of a potential real estate buyer and what appeals to them. Most recently Dave was the Regional Sales Manager for SCRAM Systems covering the northwestern US, Canada and Alaska, before opening Alpine Real Estate Photography Coeur D’Alene Idaho. Having worked as a commissioned sales person provides valuable insight into the needs of a real estate professional. David also has a great passion for the outdoors and spends much of his free time hiking and checking trail cameras for hunting season.

Hunter is a graduate of North Idaho Christian School in Coeur d’ Alene

. He attended both North Idaho Community College in Coeur d’ Alene and Whitworth University in Spokane Washington. While going through college Hunter realized he had a passion for the field of real estate and started working for a property management company. After gaining some experience in the field he decided to try his hand as a realtor in the local area. After a few years of being a local realtor , Hunter decided to go back to school and graduated from North Idaho College with a technical certificate in their Heating Air conditioning and Ventilation program. While in college Hunter started working for a private security company and decided to continue his employment with them for the following 4 years until he and David founded Alpine Real Estate Photography Coeur D’Alene Idaho. Hunter, like David, also has a great passion for the woods and loves to take any excuse to spend time in nature. Whether that is camping, hiking, hunting, or huckleberry picking he greatly enjoys his time in the mountains of north idaho. We truly love this region and love sharing our passion for it with others.
